Performed as an agile and delivery manager with four teams on 4 different projects working together for Softvision, the client (Mulesoft and Mozilla) and the Romania Softvision studio. Managing client relations, hirings, strategy reports and optimization of procedures for all stakeholders both on the engineering and the operational side. Within MuleSoft (a Salesforce Company) projects, I've worked mostly in the Connectivity team on the design, refactor and upgrade of premium and select connectors and the CI/CD development. For Mozilla, I focused on the team management and support of a small manual QA unit based in Buenos Aires. This included overseeing team culture and the execution of test plans in a locally designed device Lab where I introduced the upgrade of remote connectivity to assets and agile methodologies.
During two years I've participated with Article19 in regulatory spaces to assess and promote better policies and programs that contribute to better use of EM spectrum. As some outputs of my research, we have found that spaces to discuss Spectrum policies are very distant from social and civil spheres that's why I developed a session for RightsCon Tunis called "Making Regulatory Waves: A Discussion on the Need for Collaborative Spectrum Management Policy Development" This year together with the support of the Association for Progressive Communications (APC), we submitted a contribution to the ITU-D titled "Economic and social development enabled by complementary connectivity approaches" that is to be included in the Question 5/1 report by the end of the period. The final outputs will be delivered in the first quarter of 2020.
I was trusted with the management of the company based on my previous result and my impeccable work ethic. I developed company handbooks including workflows for day to day operations at every role present. I managed to develop successful partnerships with design studios and hosting providers as well as to find and implement the right tools for serverless deployment and progressive-web-application development. I worked with all the company projects. Oversaw a team of about 20 to 35 people in over 100 projects throughout the year. From Frontend to API development we worked with big clients like Samsung, Layer, Cratejoy, CSS Industries, Beccar Varela, Counterattack, Data Advantage Group, and others. I work closely with the client and the technical teams to create the best solutions in time and budget by choosing the right technologies per project requests. The implementation of our agile methodologies made possible the impeccable functioning of a 100% remote team.
