My day to day job would consist of working alongside clients, mainly regarding web applications, providing support for multiple layers of the stack. Common tasks include: •Development of ETL processes. •Communicating directly with the client to analyze new features/systems to implement or develop. •Solving issues on a weekly basis to deliver expected functionality on every iteration of web application back-ends (.NET), databases (MSSQL) and networking applications. •Analyzing, designing and developing software for clients. •Web application server management and support (Windows Server/Internet Information Services). •Extending implemented systems and giving support for them. •Designing and developing efficient, relevant reports and dashboards (BI). •Developing and optimizing MDX queries and SQL procedures. •Analyzing and solving problems in productive, mature codebases.
