Functional Capabilities: • Own the process of working with clients to convert SOW’s from high-level requirements to functional specs and User stories • Assisting with the development of business cases and backlogs • Planning and monitoring of the execution of Statements of Work (SOW) • Working with the resources to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly communication with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer projects • Assist the Delivery team, recruiting and engineering to ensure the correct availability of resources, staff, and tools to ensure customer delivery • Own the process of handling and cross-collaboration between internal and external (customer) teams • Lead the event / meetings which are important for the development and needs of the project • Remove blockers and communicate properly with the team Clients: Portrait Health, Play Challenger
