At Bouqs I led the team in charge of migrating their old storefront to a more performant solution. We brought the Web Vitals from an F to an A by managing different content loading strategies with NextJS. Other improvements also enabled non-technical people to customize their widgets and reduced the infrastructure cost of serving the page.

At WebPT I made a new feature offering which allowed users to schedule networked physiotherapy providers. This was a microservice and I was required to assess their proposed architecture. I resolved an important performance limitation by reworking their database queries and routines. Another task was to add features to their provider tasking API, much of if consisted in carefully implementing access control for networked clinics, insurers, and employees.

At Zilkr I designed and implemented a solution to provision global telephone numbers and listen to caller events via APIs and sockets. I also took part in providing support to their partners.
