I currently oversee projects related to software development and information security at Poverty Stoplight, a platform that's used in 60 countries. My role involves working closely with engineering and data analysis teams, as well as maintaining regular communication with stakeholders. I’m responsible for refining project requirements, managing tickets, and shaping the product roadmap. I also meet with clients and end-users to understand their needs and ensure we’re building solutions that truly support them. Right now, I’m leading the development of a new server infrastructure, which we’re building with outsourced talent. We're on a tight timeline, aiming to deliver it within two months.
