As part of the Design team, I make proposals for improvement in the user experience for the existing products and the research and design of those products that are in development. This implies be in direct contact with functional analysts and developers for the correct implementation of the changes. I also take care of the corrections in the layout of current components and designs.
As a professor of the advanced ux/ui course, I was in charge of the presentation of the classes, as well as the follow-up of projects and the correction of final projects. Likewise, I was not only in charge of teaching the theoretical concepts but also the specific tools of the discipline. The courses had a participation of 70 and 100 participants.
I was in charge of the development of graphic pieces for the different commercial proposals according to the visual guidelines of the company, as well as implementation of changes in the site, and user experience analysis of the different commercial websites.
I was in charge of developing proposals and assets for mobile marketing applications and augmented reality. I worked on different types of games (educational, casual, promotional) making the design of the app in addition to the graphic elements of the game (UI, illustration). I also participated in the design of promotional sites for different companies.
I was in charge of adapting the graphic elements of different games in their device transfer. I also carried out the design and production of new graphic elements for updates.
I made the designs and illustrations (interfaces, storyboards, backgrounds) for the games and educational web applications.
I was in charge of the call center team, divided into the customer service team and the sales team, made up of blind people and people with normal vision. I was also in charge of coordinating post-sale shipments and deliveries in the sector.
