I worked for a short period managing risks at Zurich Santander, one of the most knowledgeable insurance companies of Latin America and working closely with all the areas to help reducing them and making damage control. Recently I have provided services as scrum master / project management for Galicia Seguros, also in the insurance business.

I have been working as a Product Manager for USA companies (internally named as Franchise Owner), facing market and customer directly. I am accountable for identifying market needs and manage the team, meeting client's needs and reporting to higher management. Always enjoying a new defiant role, and working with teams in different parts of the world, this one has taken me closely to the delivery management and I have been refining my soft skills in the way. As a Product Manager I owned the vision board and roadmap, program backlog, pricing and ROI, drive PI objectives and release content via prioritized features and enablers. I also establish feature acceptance criteria for accomplishing a feasible and measurable Product Increment.
I worked lastly as a mid level Manager for the creation of digital products. I worked with a team of both co-working staff and vendors to create an amazing product, focusing in user stories and strategic goals alignment with development teams. I managed the strategic budget of the company, project portfolio, resources and vendors for the different projects in the bank. I had the pleasure of working with the Digital Transformation team as it grows, effectively leveraging development teams which were under and not under my leadership to accomplish this new start-up area , and help to make the initiatives and innovations for them to work with the agile framework.
I enjoyed brainstorming fresh innovations and evolve them into potential profitable products for the end client, and work with my team in order to deliver first quality solution for the insurance operation. I lead the digital product team and had 24 reportees, including co-working of staffing and providers both in the same team to create an amazing product. An essential part of my role was to pursue the team building and coordinate the planning, prioritizing product increments based on profitability and profile. An ability to root the ideal agile mindset while performing it realistically within the organization is a key achievement in this role. In this role I worked very closely to the business requirements and the development team to reach the best optimal results and profitability of the company.
I was responsible for enforcing and promoting the team to apply the Scrum framework, facilitating the events, sharing a great team work with business specialists and colleagues. I performed as well resources management and tasks assignment, reporting advances and deltas to higher management along with product increments delivery according to the project roadmap. As a SM I lead the team to document business requirements, impact analysis, functional specifications; based on the UML and BPMN Models. My responsibility involved giving project reports to higher management, and a close relationship with the rest of the leaders and my team. I motivated the team to learn Agile Methodologies, as the team worked in a waterfall/spiral combined methodology at first. As a SM I helped to unblock issues and to conciliate differences. I also had the opportunity to help the business analysts to Groom the user stories and review them with the dev team to accomplish a great product.
Working with UX designers, development teams and end clients I worked on an array of implementation and reengineering projects encompassing a diverse customers portfolio in both logistic, bank & insurance industries. As an auditor I built key relationships with clients, had the opportunity of sharing my knowledge to organizations and assessed the needed resources for each project ́s lifecycle. I was one of the business analysts for the Oracle WMS B2B Sales module implementation project and its integration with the CRM and the audit management system compliance regulations, working alongside with the Dev team for grooming the user stories for its later development. I performed project planning and control according to scope, quality, cost and schedule defined for it. I followed up each project daily with a transparent communication to team and also clients, ensuring the best product increment is delivered to them.
