The system was developed in an old version of Ruby and a new layer has been added to the frontend in ReactJs, so reading and adding new functions to the program was not easy at first. It was necessary to remove the authorization layer done with the Devise gem and incorporate an external Single sign-on (SSO) authentication method. This was quite a challenge, since the application was very dependent on the Devise gem and removing all references to it and maintaining normal operation was somewhat complicated to achieve, but it was a success. We used the Scrum methodology for the team work and the system is developed in Ruby on Rails, ReactJs and Mysql.

It was necessary to show an advanced beta in a short time to ensure the rest of the project and thanks to a good teamwork, the goal was fulfilled. A larger budget was secured for the rest of the project and the client was satisfied with the product. Responsible for the development of technological solutions for remote projects, I have ensured the compliance of the planning and task follow-up, in addition to providing support and maintenance of the applications developed. I developed a hybrid application (iOS, Android and PWA) for the management of football pools whose initial goal was the 2018 soccer world cup, but it was expanded to cover any sport. I improved and updated an e-commerce mobile application for iOS. When I started the project, I received an unfinished product, without any documentation, with many flaws and with the need for new modules to be implemented with little time. After having understood the logic of the previous programmer, I was able to improve the code, fix the errors and add the new modules in the required time.

I improved and updated the web application: Financial Management System of Human Resources (SIGEFIRRHH by its acronym in Spanish) implemented in institutions nationwide. There was no functional or technical documentation, so it was necessary to review and evaluate the system before implementing the new modules. Costs were reduced since the intervention of the original developers was not necessary, as their contract had expired and their new costs were extremely high. Technologies used: Java, PostgreSQL.

Government agency responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of public policies for the development and strengthening of the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation and the Subsystem of University Education. I developed and maintained a web system for centralized studies control at the national level with a team of five people. The main obstacle was time and migration, since each institution at the national level had their control in its own way and they had to migrate to this new system. The times were fulfilled and the migration, although it carried out progressively, was successful. Technologies used: PHP, PostgreSQL. I developed a framework used for the aforementioned application and others within the institution. As the framework was implemented for other projects, more functionalities were required, which caused it to grow exponentially. Technologies used: PHP.

I developed a web application for tracking and maintenance of all printers and photocopiers connected within a network. It was necessary to follow up and control paper consumption, ink and printing by users, since each department had a limit to respect. In the institution, very few things were carried out in spreadsheets and the rest manually, there was no custom software.
