I joined TRACTIAN in the position of front-end developer working to create interactive, easy to understand and responsive user interfaces using React JS technology. Over time, I found that I was able to understand the platform’s ecosystem on a broader level, which led me to take on back-end development responsibilities using Node JS. My growth trajectory at TRACTIAN shows my ability to constantly learn and adapt to the needs of the company. The gradual migration to a full-stack position demonstrated my versatility and ability to work in various areas of software development, contributing significantly to the success of the team and the projects developed in the company.
After being promoted to the position of Tech Leader, I assumed a more strategic and leadership role in the company. In addition to the activities previously performed, I started to coordinate and guide the technology team, performing the following responsibilities: · Planning and organizing sprints, setting clear goals and objectives for the team and ensuring deadlines and deliverables were met efficiently; · Assigning tasks and responsibilities to development team members, ensuring a balanced distribution of work and aligning individual skills with the requirements of each project; · Leading the development process, providing technical guidance and support to developers throughout the lifecycle of projects; Management of emergency situations, such as bug fixes in production, acting with agility and effectiveness to minimize impacts on the end user;
I was responsible for developing new features for the apps ("Eu Vô" and "Eu Vô Motorista"), for the company's internal administrative panel and for the it's website. I also was responsible for performing maintenance and necessary changes in the microservices used in the backend. The technologies used were: React JS, Vue JS, React Native, Node JS and XCode (to build the iOS apps). As for the microservices, they were deployed on the GCP - Google Cloud Platform using a service called GCR - Google Cloud Run. The communication between the microservices was done by an API Gateway deployed in the Amazon API Gateway service.
