As a Data Science Leader I have built from scratch the Data Science team for Fabwork, enabling them to reach out Data Analytics opportunities for their first time. The company's first two Data Science consultancy projects were made under my leadership for a multinational retail client. We have delivered a Geolocation Intelligence and Anomaly Detection solutions.

AeC offers customer service to large companies through outsourcing. Mainly banks and telecommunications companies. The projects were built within the Continuous Improvement team. As a Data Scientist I have started out the first Data Science team in the company. Developed a Machine Learning model to improve First Call Resolution metric by anticipating which customers have been unsatisfied with the customer service provided in the first voice call. This was reached by targeting which customers needed a complementary pro-active text chat service, which have less cost for the company. Reduced Average Service Time performed by the telemarketers, without hurting the First Call Resolution Rate by addressing the incoming callings to the operator that has best potential performance on the issue.

This research effort looked for ways to improve the prediction of the next place that mobile users are likely to visit. These locations are a subset of Points of Interest (POI) from the visitor's perspective. I have improved prediction metrics by grouping home-to-work travel patterns.
