Working as Full Stack developer in national and international projects with different levels of complexity, like apartment building management, rental of items based on geolocation, school payroll/employees management, tourism, health and finance. • Development of new Backend features for REST APIs, using Typescript/Javascript with Nodejs and its libraries such as ExpressJS, Sequelize, Passport (Social Login), Multer, Yup, AWS-SDK etc. • Development of new Frontend features using Typescript/Javascript with React/Next and its libraries such as Redux & Redux-Saga, ContextAPI, Apollo Client, Styled-Components, Material-UI, Chakra UI, GoogleMaps, Formik etc. • Work over AWS using the followings services: EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ACM, SNS and SES. • Development of tests using tools as Jest and React-Testing-Library.

Main roles: Second level support and monitoring of vehicle production control system from 13 Volkswagen plants around the world (Argentina, Brazil, China, England and India). Provide second level support to seven parts supplier to Volkswagen from Brazil plants. Analyze and fix bugs and errors reported by customer in a efficient way. Analyze, create and adapt procedures/tables of Microsoft SQL Server. Create work instructions and document changes made on production environment. Build Power BI dashboards to be used internally by many company areas.

Main roles: User support, create and resolve tickets, contact directly to the customer, understand and analyze errors reported by the customer, forward ticket as "problem" level to the second/third level.
